From receipt
to approved entry.

Automated bookkeeping, developed in close collaboration with the customer. The accountant’s customers email their receipts. The system retrieves the documents and a local AI model suggests the right account. The accountant reviews the suggestions in a simple dashboard. Only accepted entries are posted to the accounts.

Model processing takes place in a closed environment using a local model, so receipts do not need to be sent to an external AI service.
