How an enquiry through this site is handled.
Contact and purpose
Contact Novacode at kontakt@novacode.dk. Your name, email and any message you provide are used to respond to your enquiry and clarify the work.
Information in the form
Send only information needed for the first conversation. Do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information. The form does not accept uploads.
Delivery and protection
The form sends your message to Novacode’s inbox through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph, and sends you a confirmation email. The site is hosted on Hetzner. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against abuse. These services may process technical information for delivery and security.
Retention and questions
Enquiries remain in the inbox while relevant to the conversation and any subsequent work. Contact Novacode to ask about processing, correct information or request deletion. Any documentation obligations are assessed when handling the request.
Visits to the site
The Google tag loads before your cookie choice with consent denied by default. Google may receive cookieless signals, including when marketing is rejected. With consent to analytics, Umami loads and we count page visits and enquiry starts and successful submissions without form contents or URL parameters. With consent to marketing, advertising cookies are enabled and Google Ads receives a conversion event once an enquiry is sent, without your name, email or message. Google may set its own cookies and process information in the United States. The two choices are separate and you can give one without the other. Your choice is stored in browser localStorage as novacode-consent-v1 for 180 days. Withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer; the contact form works regardless of your choice. Hosting and security services may process technical information, including IP addresses. The page address determines its language.
